Terms of Use
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Sprout early-access website and your participation in our pre-launch early-access list.
This website at sproutportal.ca (the “Site”) and the Sprout early-access program are provided by Bambury Bouvet Geyer Falsetta Inc. (“Sprout”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the early-access list, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What Sprout is (and isn’t) yet
Sprout is a budtender engagement platform that is in development and not yet live. This Site collects early-access interest only. Any product screens, features, or descriptions are illustrative of what we are building and may change or may never be released. We make no commitment that the platform will launch, or that you will be granted access.
2. Eligibility
The early-access program is intended for cannabis retail professionals in Canada who are of the legal age of majority in their province or territory. By signing up you confirm that you meet these criteria and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Joining the early-access list
When you sign up, you may give us your name, email address, and optional details about where you work. If you check the consent box, you agree to receive early-access and product emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. The $300 launch draw
Everyone who enters is eligible for a random draw for a CAD $300 award, subject to separate rules. No purchase is necessary and there is a free method of entry. The draw is governed by the Official Rules, which form part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- use automated means to submit entries or scrape the Site; or
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the platform will launch on any particular timeline.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bambury Bouvet Geyer Falsetta Inc. and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the early-access program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The Sprout name, logo, and the content of this Site are owned by Bambury Bouvet Geyer Falsetta Inc. or its licensors. Signing up does not grant you any right to use our branding or content.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
