$300 Launch Draw — Official Rules
Last updated: July 21, 2026
No purchase necessary. A random draw for one CAD $300 award, open to eligible cannabis retail professionals in Canada.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. The CAD $300 Launch Draw (the “Draw”) is sponsored by Bambury Bouvet Geyer Falsetta Inc. (o/a Sprout) (the “Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
1. Eligibility
The Draw is open to individuals who, at the time of entry: are legal residents of Canada excluding the Province of Quebec; have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence; and are cannabis retail professionals (for example, budtenders, store staff, or managers). Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
2. Draw period
The Draw begins on July 21, 2026 and closes when the Sprout platform launches (the “Draw Period”). The Sponsor may extend or shorten the Draw Period; any change will be posted on this page.
3. How to enter
There are two ways to enter, each giving one (1) entry per person:
- Online: complete and submit the early-access sign-up form at sproutportal.ca during the Draw Period.
- Free method (no email consent required): send an email to sproutcannabis@gmail.com with the subject line “Draw Entry” and include your full name, city/province, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria.
Limit one entry per person and per email address, regardless of method. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by unauthorized means are void. Consenting to marketing email is not required to enter or win.
4. Prize
One (1) prize is available: a CAD $300 award (approximate retail value: CAD $300), awarded by e-transfer or an equivalent method chosen by the Sponsor. The prize has no cash alternative except at the Sponsor’s discretion, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Odds and the draw
One (1) eligible entrant will be selected in a random draw held after the platform launches. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Skill-testing question
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email. If the selected entrant does not answer correctly, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be drawn.
7. Winner notification
The selected entrant will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or does not respond within seven (7) days, they forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may draw an alternate.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize permits the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name and province to announce the winner, without further compensation.
9. General conditions
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or amend the Draw if it cannot run as planned. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance or use of the prize. The Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social-media platform.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Draw is used only to administer the Draw and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
The Draw is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
